Harold Wayne Holland, 81, of Williamsburg, died Tuesday, December 17, 2019. Born in Tennessee, he lived most of his life in Williamsburg. He was a member of Lebanon Christian Church in Lee Hall, Virginia. He graduated from Virginia Tech in 1960 with an engineering degree. He spent two years in the U.S. Army Reserves and retired as an aerospace engineer for the U.S. Army rotorcraft research and development activity at Ft. Eustis in 1996.
